Our Community

We exist because we serve the community and the world that we live in. We recognise that we impact the people and nature around us. We have a bounden duty to see that the communities around us develop socially and economically.

We are committed to sustainable development and strongly believe that community involvement and development are integral to this. Our Founder has this value very close to his heart and has deep respect for the rights and interests of local communities and from the very inception we have supported community well-being and ensured that the adverse impact of our processes avoids and minimises the adverse impact.

Over the years, in consultation with the local community and local government representatives our sites have implemented several plans for improving the social and economic well-being of the peripheral communities that we affect.

We are proud that the Government of Odisha has lauded and recognised our efforts.
